Our Ladies Program includes any “Ladies Only” kickboxing and Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes. With this program, women will begin to feel strong and confident in their abilities to protect themselves from any possible outside dangers that they may face.

Kickboxing is an effective workout tailored to every woman’s needs. Because this style of martial art develops core strength, leg strength, arm strength, and overall body conditioning, you can expect to earn the body you’ve always wanted.
Our kicking drills will work to strengthen your legs, giving you lean thighs and calves. You will work with other women holding kick pads and learning the correct way to deliver powerful kicks using refined technique and body mechanics.
Working on knee strikes helps develop balance and core strength. You will acquire greater balance as you work in the clinch and learn to deliver one of the most effective strikes in a person’s arsenal. Knee strikes are fun to train, and serve as a reliable tool for self-defense as well.
Our punching and elbowing drills work not only your arms, but give you a complete upper body workout. Executing these drills correctly develops shoulder strength and core strength through body mechanics.

Co-ed Revolution Brazilian Jiu Jitsu Program:
As a martial art designed to allow the weaker to defeat the stronger, BJJ is a perfect fit for women who are interested in learning how to protect themselves.
Our Revolution Jiu Jitsu Program combines a comprehensive self-defense curriculum with emphasis on drills that simulate realistic attack and escape situations.
The techniques are complemented by a strong fitness component that is second to none compared to classes offered in regular gyms.
You’ll notice a very positive and friendly environment when you enter our school. Although martial arts can be intimidating for women, these classes are definitely not intimidating. You will find a group of students who are excited to be there and excited to have you there.
By joining our co-ed BJJ classes, you will gain a greater sense of confidence by applying the techniques you have learned in class, and seeing them work on people of varying sizes and strengths.
